Thursday 2 October: Bike drop-off - Troisport, The Nicolway, 61 Woodlands Ave, Sandton - Click for map; 09h00 - 17h00

Friday 3 & Saturday 4 Octber: Athletes collect bikes from pick up point - Athlete Registration Area – Sun Coast Casino; 09h00 - 17h00

Sunday 5 October: Athletes hand in bikes at Sun Coast Casino (look for Redline Bike Transport banners)

Monday 6 October: Bike collection - Troisport, The Nicolway, 61 Woodlands Ave, Sandton - Click for map; 12h00 – 18h00

R1 125 incl VAT per bike: Vat invoices available on request, for those cyclists wishing to claim.

In-the-Box: We understand how important your bike's set-up is! Your bike will travel in its own box (you may include your pump, helmet, shoes and other smaller items in the box with your bike). Handlebars/Tribars will be lowered and reinstalled back to your precise original position. The front wheel is removed and placed into the box with your bike (it will be covered by a blanket to prevent scratching of your frame). No other set up changes will be made to your bike.

How is my bike packaged?: We understand how important your bike's set-up is! Your bike will travel in its own box. Do I need to do anything to my bike before handing it in?: No. Please do not disassemble your bike prior to hand-in.

Will I use the same box from JHB to DBN & DBN back to JHB?: Yes – you will be allocated a box number for both to and from the race.

May I put small items into the box, along with my bike?: Yes – pumps, helmet, water-bottles, etc may be placed into your designated box. No heavy items permitted as these may damage the box.

Is my bike insured whilst being transported?: No – not unless you have your own cover. Please contact your broker and check your insurance policy to ascertain whether or not your bike is covered whilst it is in transit.

Do you offer goods-in-transit insurance if my bike is not covered on my own policy?: No, we do not. Please note that we are not a financial services provider. Please ensure through your broker that your bike is covered whilst being transported by Redline Logistics.

Any bookings that are cancelled up to and including 18 September 2014 will receive a full refund less a R75 administration fee
Any bookings cancelled after 18 September 2014 will not receive a refund.
Any bookings cancelled on drop off day, or any "no shows" on drop off day will not be refunded.
